Current Role: Director JEDI and Regional Initiatives, NASPA

Gretchenrae has been an integral part of my portfolio journey. As both my faculty reviewer for my portfolio and professor for my capstone course, she has given support and feedback that have pushed me to grow as a reflective practitioner.

As both a supervisor and mentor, Chris has granted me with the space to ask big questions about the field of student affairs. His mentorship through this process has helped me uncover functional areas that excite me while becoming aware of the strengths that I bring to higher education.
